In 2022 Raining Poetry in Adelaide extended into regional South Australia through a special collaboration with the Writers SA’s No Limits Program.
Short poems written by regional poets were selected through an open submissions process and direct commissioning to be tagged with invisible spray on the footpaths of Whyalla, Loxton and Naracoorte. The poems then magically appear when they get wet! The spray used to install the poems is biodegradable, safe for the environment and lasts for 8-12 weeks before naturally eroding.
