FEAST SHORT STORY COMPETITION

Are you a queer short story writer? We want to hear from you!

Writers SA and Feast are partnering to run the 2018 Feast Short Story Competition. There are no limitations on genre or style, but please keep entries between 1000 and 3000 words. We are only accepting works of prose and not poetry.

There are 2 categories: one for writers under 30 and another for writers over 30.

Send your short stories to [email protected] by the 19th of October at 12 midnight. The subject line of each email should read ‘Feast Short Story Competition Entry: [name]’. Please indicate whether you are under or over age 30 and provide a short bio and blurb with each entry, in the body of the email.

Cash prizes will be awarded to winners in both categories
