This free workshop for young queer writers is in celebration of Wear It Purple Day. Wear It Purple is a volunteer and youth led not-for-profit organisation working towards raising awareness for young LGBTQIA+ communities. Wear It Purple Day is held annually on the last Friday of August to raise awareness, show support, and celebrate diversity. The theme of Wear it Purple Day 2022 is Still Me, Still Human

Participants will:

  • Meet and connect with other young queer writers from across Australia
  • Connect with Aud and the Writers SA regional team
  • Spend time working on some creative writing
  • Be inspired hearing from Aud about their incredible work

This workshop is presented by the Writers SA No Limits: Young Regional Writers program, and is aimed at regional writers, however young writers from all  locations are very welcome to attend this online workshop.
