Filling in the gaps of history: weaving fiction through fact with Pip Williams

Bestselling author Pip Williams (The Dictionary of Lost Words) will explore how fiction can shine a light into the shadows of history to tell compelling stories that may not have been recorded – yet. You will explore elements of storytelling, writing craft and research, and reflect on the value of a historical tale told well. Participants will be asked to submit questions in advance, to be used to structure the content of the workshop, which will also include reflections on writing The Dictionary of Lost Words, writing exercises and group insights.

Unmasking: Writing for Transformation with Durkhanai Ayubi
