In 2016, we will be running our Digital Writer in Residence program again. This is a unique opportunity for writers who are familiar with the digital space to utilise our platform to experiment or execute something new. We have four residencies to fill this year, so please ensure you submit your application before the relevant closing date. No late applications will be accepted.

The Digital Writer in Residence Program provides a unique opportunity for writers in collaboration with the SA Writers Centre. The scope and details of the project(s) can be stipulated by you (we encourage creativity and innovative ideas) but must be delivered incorporating the requirements and platforms below. You can engage readers, host events and/or create new work – it’s up to you but we’re really interested in innovative work in the digital space. This opportunity is ideal for someone who is already familiar and comfortable with the digital space and is looking for a new, broader platform to share their work or experiment.
