Is there a program I can use to add more natural options?” Dear agonised writer, Great question! While the ‘read aloud’ feature in Microsoft Word is currently limited to automated voices, there are a couple of other options you could try: Adding natural voices to Narrator Narrator is the screen-reading application that’s built into Windows 11.
