I was hit by a tree in 2009, breaking my spine and many bones. Upon my arrival in rehabilitation, I started writing my memoir ‘Alive and not Kicking’. I’ve written and published various books, including 25 stories of people living with a disability, an illustrated children’s book about a cat, and many puzzle books (colouring, word search, scrambled words, dot-to-dot and sudoku).
