Gift Vouchers Terms and Conditions

1. Vouchers cannot be used past their expiry date
2. Vouchers are non refundable, not transferable and not redeemable for cash or other vouchers
3. Writers SA retains the right to refuse any voucher that appears to be fraudulent or expired or used
4. The whole amount of the voucher must be used in one transaction
5. Vouchers can only be used for the payment of workshops, masterclasses, events or memberships
6. Vouchers will only be delivered to the payee electronically
7. Should the voucher number be unrecognisable or unreadable the voucher is deemed void
8. Vouchers can only be redeemed by emailing [email protected]
9. To the extent permitted by law, we reserve the right to amend these Terms of Use at any time. Changes to the Terms of Use will be available on this website
10. In the unlikely occasion of a cancellation of a workshop that has been purchased by a voucher, the voucher amount will be reinstated and will be valid until the original expiry date – no extensions will be granted
