Ruth Starke has written more than 25 books for young people, including 4 graphic novels, many of which have won awards and been published internationally. She has a PhD from Flinders University where she is Editor, Creative Writing, of Transnational Literature. She has taught CW and mentored for both TAFE and Flinders for over 15 years and is a past Chair of SA Writers Centre. She reviews for Australian Book Review.
