We’re on the hunt for a part-time (three days per week) Membership & Administration Coordinator to join the Writers SA team in late January 2020. This is a customer-facing role that supports Writers SA’s fabulous members, coordinating the resources we provide to our members, and being the first point of contact with the public on our phones and general queries email. We’re looking for someone who has a professional and courteous customer service manner, confidence with databases, sorting a busy Gmail inbox and wrangling Excel spreadsheets, and who knows their way around WordPress websites.
