The Riverland Watch Parties are an opportunity to meet and connect with other Riverland writers and engage locally with the National Young Writers' Festival. Appropriate for ages 16+
— This is a free event for members and non-members of Writers SA.
— Due to COVID restrictions capacity for each Watch Party is limited to 15 people.

National Young Writers Festival
The National Young Writers’ Festival (NYWF) is an annual gathering of young writers. A place to show work, share ideas, and learn. See the full National Young Writers' Festival Program here.
NWYF showcases work in both new and traditional forms including zines, comics, blogging, screenwriting, poetry, spoken word, hip hop, music, journalism, autobiography, comedy and prose. The festival presents ‘writing’ in its broadest sense through panels, discussions, workshops, launches, performances, readings, installations, and more.
National Young Writers’ Festival takes place on the land of the Awabakal and Worimi peoples in Newcastle, NSW and is being delivered online in 2021.
