Voices of Women launches its fourth program in 2021 inviting all women to submit short monologues around the word ‘entanglement’.We are looking for stories in the first person that an actor can bring to life – stories that are moving, immediate, funny, powerful, brave, dramatic, curious, quirky, beautiful, uplifting, devastating. What is this world in which we are entangled? How do we connect? We’re committed to breaking down barriers and presenting new diverse stories from women and young women of all writing abilities. In particular we welcome First Nations stories, stories from culturally and linguistically diverse communities, from women living with disability and from LGBTQI+ communities.

Prizes: All winning entries receive $100, and will be performed by trained actors in live events, including a USA collaboration on film, and podcast.
